Tags are labels assigned to Users that assist with sorting and viewing groups of Users. Sorting by Tags is useful for creating custom reports, or performing updates to specific groups of Users.
Before being assigned to a user, Tags need to be set up in the following way:
Log in to Extraordinary customer portal
- Access customer portal: Use your administrator credentials to log in to the Extraordinary customer portal: https://customer.extraordinarypay.com/
Navigate to Tags in the User management menu
- Select 'Users' from the left navigation menu
- Select the 'Tags' tab from the top navigation menu
Here you will see existing Tags categories. You can edit, delete or add new tags.
To add a new category of tags
- Select '+ Add' in the top right of the page
- Enter a Name and Description for the new Tags category, then select 'Create'
- Edit the new Tags category by selecting the edit icon
- Add the individual Tags that you want in the category then select 'Save'
The new Tags category and the individual Tags will now be available to assign to Users. You can edit the existing tags or add more to the category by selecting the edit icon.
