At the start of each month, you will receive an email with your invoice for the previous month.
You can access the invoice via the button in the email OR you can follow the below steps to view your invoice in the portal:
-Login to the Customer portal https://customer.extraordinarypay.com/
-go to Funding page
-Invoices
-Click on the 'view' button and it will open your invoice
Also, if you wish to download a PDF of the invoice, within the invoice link, there is an option at the bottom.
