What is the 25% minimum deposit requirement mentioned in the customer agreement?

Minimum Deposit Fee:

This applies to any monies loaded within the Controllable Allowances or Reward and Recognition modules, i.e. if you apply $10,000 across these modules, we would only require $2,500 to be made available initially. You will then top this up throughout the year as the balance gets utilised.

Please note, the Gifting module requires 100% of funds to be loaded up front (because employees tend to use these balances much more quickly as there are no restrictions (ie. open utilisation).
