Allowances contain the funds available for users to spend via their Extraordinary card. A user must have an available Allowance assigned to them before they can use their card to transact.
Log in to the Extraordinary Customer Portal
- Use your administrator credentials to log in to the Extraordinary customer portal: https://customer.extraordinarypay.com/
Navigate to the User management menu
- Select 'Users' from the left navigation menu to go to https://customer.extraordinarypay.com/users
If you wish to assign an Allowance to an individual User follow these steps:
1. Search for the user and select the Edit ellipses (...) to the right of their details
2. Select 'Accounts' from the top navigation menu
3. Select 'Add Account'
4. Select the Allowance to assign, and the desired contribution Tier, then 'Save'
It is possible to assign Allowance to multiple users at once, provided the Allowance being applied, and the value of the Allowance Tier are the same for all selected Users.
If you wish to assign an Allowance to multiple Users, follow these steps:
- Select the desired Users
- Select 'Assign Account' from the Actions menu
- Choose the 'Account to Assign', and the 'Tier' then 'Save'
