Does the HOP card $50 cap apply when employees use their Extraordinary card?

Yes, the $50 cap does still work within our Public Transport module. 

An employee  would need to use their Extraordinary card to top up their HOP card to take advantage of the $50 cap instead of using the Extraordinary card directly.
