Do employees choose their sacrifice amount and sign the agreement in the Extraordinary sign up link, or do we email them after they register for Extraordinary?

Employees need to elect or enrol into the salary sacrifice program. We provide you with a template policy and election document that you can then send to your employees to complete. 

Once complete, we then ask you to send us a list of your employees that have elected to salary sacrifice (first name, last name, email, company ID, amount). 

We will upload their details to the system and send them a welcome email prompting employees to download our app and provision their virtual card.

Each pay cycle, they’ll be notified when funds are added to their Extraordinary account, which they can use for public transport.
