Click Reset Link: Click on the password reset link provided in the email.

Note: The link is typically valid for a limited time.

Set New Password

Enter New Password: Follow the prompts to enter a new password for your Extraordinary customer portal account.

Confirm Password: Re-enter the new password to confirm and ensure accuracy.
Save Changes

Save New Password: Click on the "Save" or "Reset Password" button to save your new password.

Ensure the confirmation message indicates that the password has been successfully reset.

Log In with New Password

Return to Login Page: Navigate back to the Extraordinary customer portal login page: https://customer.extraordinarypay.com/

Enter Credentials: Enter your email address and newly set password to log in to the admin portal.
Update Password Manager (Optional)
