How do my employees check their account balance?

Your team can check everything related to their User profile on their Extraordinary App or https://my.extraordinarypay.com/

Extraordinary App:

-if user does not have the app, they can install the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
-Once they've installed the App, please login with the registered email and password.
-On the 'Home' screen, they can view their total available balance.
-If they'll go to the 'Accounts' screen, they can view the breakdown of the available balance, i.e. balance available under each allowance.

Extraordinary Web App:

Type or paste the following URL into the address bar of your web browser: https://my.extraordinarypay.com.

Login to the Account:

-Once the Extraordinary app webpage loads, user will see the login section.

-Enter the username and password associated with their Extraordinary account.

-Click on the "Login" or "Sign In" button to access the account.

-After logging in, they will be directed to your Extraordinary account dashboard.

The current balance and transaction history will be displayed on the homepage of the account.

At https://my.extraordinarypay.com/ Users can also

• Review their transaction history
• View the allowed spending categories for each of their Accounts/Allowances
• Reset their Card PIN
• Freeze their card so it cannot be used for any transactions (in case of misplaced card)
