In the Extraordinary customer portal, your employees - the people who are issued an Extraordinary card - are referred to as 'Users'. When an employee leaves your business, you should delete their user profile. This will cancel their account, card and access to the Extraordinary user portal and app.
To delete a user, navigate to their profile, select the settings cog icon in the top right of the page and choose "Delete User". For further details on removing an employee, see below.
Log in to Extraordinary customer portal
- Access customer portal: Use your administrator credentials to log in to the Extraordinary customer portal: https://customer.extraordinarypay.com/
Navigate to the User management menu
- Select 'Users' from the left navigation menu to go to https://customer.extraordinarypay.com/users
From this page you can use filters to sort users according to their assigned Tags, Account, User Status and Card Status. To find a specific User you can also use the Search function.
View the details of a User
- Select the ellipses (...) to the right of the User
This takes you to the details page which looks like this. Use the top navigation menu to view the 'Overview', 'Transactions', 'Accounts', 'Personal Details', 'Cards' and 'Timeline' for the User.
The gear icon in the top right of the page is where you go to Disable Access (blocks User cards and access to employee portal) and Delete User (blocks card and portal access AND removes them from the system). Note that the Disable Access option leaves the User on the system and allows you to Enable Access at a later date.
