In the Extraordinary customer portal, your employees - the people who are issued an Extraordinary card - are referred to as 'Users'. In the User management menu you can see an overview of each Users' transactions, status, Card information and assigned Allowances- as well as managing their personal details.
Log in to Extraordinary customer portal
- Access customer portal: Use your administrator credentials to log in to the Extraordinary customer portal: https://customer.extraordinarypay.com/
Navigate to the User management menu
- Select 'Users' from the left navigation menu to go to https://customer.extraordinarypay.com/users
From this page you can use filters to sort users according to their assigned Tags, Account/Allowances, User Status and Card Status. To find a specific User you can also use the Search function.
View the details of a User
- Select the ellipses (...) to the right of the User
This takes you to the details page which looks like this. Use the top navigation menu to view the 'Overview', 'Transactions', 'Accounts', 'Personal Details', 'Cards' and 'Timeline' for the User.
The gear icon in the top right of the page is where you go to Disable Access (blocks User cards and access to employee portal) and Delete User (blocks card and portal access AND removes them from the system). Note that the Disable Access option leaves the User on the system and allows you to Enable Access at a later date.
Overview
A high level view of how the User has used their Extraordinary card as well as a list of recent transactions. You can filter the Recent Transactions by date and Account.
Transactions
A list of all transactions. You can filter the list by date and Account, and Export the results.
Accounts
All Accounts/Allowances assigned to the User. Accounts/Allowances control the amount of money available, and any spending restrictions for Users. To find out more about Accounts/Allowances, check out this guide
Personal Details
This is where you update User details including email and postal address. Keeping the postal address up-to-date is important as this is where a new physical card will be sent when requested.
Cards
A list of all cards issued to a User. Shows card status. To access information on the User's current card select the card with status 'ACTIVE'
Selecting the active card, shows card status, card expiry & card type
Here you can 'Freeze' the card which blocks the card so it cannot be used. This is intended for if a User temporarily misplaces the card. You can then 'Un-Freeze' the card when it is found.
If a User has lost their card and requires a new one, the 'Re-Issue Card' option will automatically cancel their old card, and order a new one to be sent to the postal address recorded on their Personal Details page.

A history of the Users account showing important updates
